Spiritual Guidance is a covenant relationship in which one person assists another or others in the discernment of the presence and guidance of Spirit and in expressing their full potential as spiritual beings.  

My belief is that our true nature is spiritual and that we can awaken to the truth of who we are through a clear intention to live a truly spiritual life. In doing so, we access our own healing nature to support us in living a balanced life of body, mind and spirit.

The spiritual guide holds an open, safe space for each person to tell their stories of the spiritual journey and to help them witness the movement of the spirit in their lives. Spiritual Direction is about listening a person’s soul into speech. 

With the tools of deep listening, prayer, meditation, contemplative study of a spiritual nature and fearless examination of the seasons of our life experience, transformation is possible.
